Shane is a serial entrepreneur, executive and angel investor. He founded Sagacious Consultants, a healthcare IT consulting firm, in 2009 and grew it to 275 employees and 300+ contractors, until being acquired by the world’s largest consulting firm, Accenture in 2015.
Shane has significant experience in the unique aspects of enterprise software sales and business development.
Shane also co-founded and operates Mason Amelia, a recruiting firm focused on high-growth startups and emerging companies, SLA Ventures, a holding company of 60+ investments and mentor relationships, and SLA Foundation, a private operating foundation focused on providing business and financial acumen and social/life skills to young adults.
Kelsey has over a decade in management consulting and large-scale organizational transformation across the healthcare and oil & gas industries, recently serving as a Principal Director of Industry Innovation within the Health and Public Services organization for Accenture Health after the Accenture acquisition of Sagacious Consultants in 2015. Prior to the acquisition, Kelsey joined Shane Adams at Sagacious as a part of the leadership team focused on organizational growth and key account relationship-based business development.
Kelsey also owns KelsC. Consulting – a consultancy focused on the continued improvement of both professional service firms and the development and growth of individuals.
A native Texan, Kelsey is currently living in Park City, UT, and loves travel, cooking, skiing, and her black lab River. She holds her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification as well as her Private Pilot’s license, and graduated from Texas A&M University’s Mays School of Business Magna Cum Laude.
